India’s social and cultural structure
India, with her over 5000 yrs old civilization, is perhaps one of the few nations in the world, which has such a cultural heritage, rich, diverse and unique. The most unique aspect of India’s cultural identity is the vast, yet to be fully explored, treasure of folk arts. Just as India’s social and cultural structure has remained resilient through invasions and persecutions and retained its unity in diversity in religious, racial, linguistic or artistic fields, so has her folk arts enriched and evolved through the ages.
International Folk Festival
A 7 day event covering Folk, dance, music, culture and other extravaganza.
Workshops by Co-Associates in coordination with Union Government of India. Art and Culture Exhibition including Performing Art, Folk, Film, Fashion from different continents coordinated by International Forum showing live demonstration of the performances along with competition and award ceremony in the individual categories in the global platform.
Eminent personalities related to the Folk Form from of art from all over the world will be on the invitees list.
